In the weekend of 18 till 19 September we will make a sightseeing trip in the Carpathians. You're welcome to join, but it's not mandatory.

We would like to leave Saturday morning towards Sinaia. Sinaia is a town in the Prahova Valley of the Carpathian mountains.
In Sinaia we would like to visit the royal palace Peleș Castle. It's a neo-renaissance palace that as been used as a summer residence by the royal family when Romania was a monarchy. It's a place that we always visit when we stop in Sinaia.
We would also like to use the cable car to go up to into the mountains. From the end station of the cable car we can walk to some interesting rock formations on the mountain plateau.
After spending the day in the Prahova Valley, we would like to drive towards the area of Bran/Rasnov. It's the area where the legendary castle of Dracula, Bran castle is located. You can also find it in our recommandations.

We would like to go hiking in the Piatra Craiului National Park. It's a roundtrip that you can do untrained.
